Key Responsibilities:
Customer Needs Assessment:

Proven pre-sales experience, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and IT Workflow.
Experience working with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver solutions.
Ability to diagnose project challenges, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Familiarity with complementary technologies and experience delivering integrated solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation abilities.
Established network in local or multiple European markets and willingness to travel as needed.
Oracle Netsuite Consultant
Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP to Oracle NetSuite migration, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and the external consulting firm.
Support business units in defining and optimizing processes for the new system.
Validate the consulting firm's deliverables and ensure project milestones are met.
Identify and mitigate risks related to migration and system integration.
Oversee data integrity, testing, and user adoption to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
