Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive proposal for a special issue, emphasizing its significance and listing potential contributors.
• Collaborate with co-editors to organize the special issue, ensuring smooth coordination with authors throughout the editorial process.
• Invite contributors from diverse regions with a strong publication record.
• Promote the special issue to enhance visibility and impact.

Additional Information:

• Article Processing Charges (APC) are discounted to support Open Access publishing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ph.D. in relevant fields.
• A valid Scopus ID.
• Experience in publishing guest-edited thematic issues in peer-reviewed journals.
• Proven ability to invite and coordinate scholarly authors to contribute to thematic issues.
• Strong networks within the research community.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with scientific publication and peer-review processes.

Senior Skin & Membranes Researcher

The Role:

• Actively contribute to the journal’s growth by providing scholarly input, including topic, reviewer, and author selection.
• Contribute and solicit Special Thematic Issues on trending topics (one thematic issue per year).
• Submit at least two review articles annually in your area of expertise.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in dermatology or related subject areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in peer-reviewing, editing, and writing research papers.
