Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the air conditioning systems and other equipment within the property to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our guests. You will also perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep our facilities in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems and other building equipment
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of AC units and related systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner
• Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations and standards
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members and management to address facility needs
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working with equipment and machinery
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles.
The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities:
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Receive and dispatch chauffeurs
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles, or other field units to appropriate locations
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Provide field units with information about traffic, obstacles, and requirements
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information
