Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator
Location: American University of Bahrain (AUBH)
Job Description:
The Enrollment Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Marketing and Enrollment team by monitoring applications, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for prospective students.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding the enrollment process and requirements, maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Monitor application progress and proactively reach out to students to help them complete their applications.
- Arrange campus tours for prospective students, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Provide clear information on enrollment policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Support the department with administrative tasks such as coordinating giveaways, event logistics, catering, and liaising with security and facilities.
- Coordinate and attend college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment events to promote the university and its programs.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Represent the university at both local and international events, including frequent travel to Saudi Arabia and other countries as needed.
- Oversee the development of new enrollment databases, interpret raw data, and generate insights to enhance enrollment growth.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- No prior professional experience required.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with peers.
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

الوصف الوظيفي:
سيكون منسق التسجيل مسؤولًا عن دعم فريق التسويق والتسجيل، من خلال مراقبة الطلبات، وتنظيم الأنشطة الترويجية، وضمان تجربة تسجيل سلسة للطلاب المحتملين.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الرد على استفسارات الطلاب وأولياء الأمور حول إجراءات ومتطلبات التسجيل، مع بناء علاقات إيجابية معهم.
- متابعة الطلبات المقدمة والتواصل مع الطلاب لمساعدتهم في استكمال طلباتهم.
- تنظيم جولات داخل الحرم الجامعي للطلاب المحتملين لضمان تجربة ترحيبية متميزة.
- توفير المعلومات حول سياسات وإجراءات ومواعيد التسجيل.
- دعم القسم في المهام الإدارية اليومية مثل ترتيب الهدايا الترويجية، وتنسيق الفعاليات، والتواصل مع الأمن والمرافق.
- تنسيق وحضور المعارض الجامعية وجلسات المعلومات والفعاليات الترويجية الأخرى لتعريف الطلاب ببرامج الجامعة.
- التواصل والتنسيق الفعّال مع جميع الإدارات الداخلية وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.
- تمثيل الجامعة في الفعاليات المحلية والدولية، بما في ذلك السفر المتكرر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية ودول أخرى حسب الحاجة.
- الإشراف على تطوير قواعد بيانات التسجيل وتحليل البيانات لاستخراج رؤى تدعم نمو معدلات التسجيل.
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة عند الحاجة، بما في ذلك بعض الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو أي مجال ذي صلة (يُرحب بالخريجين الجدد).
- لا يشترط الخبرة المهنية السابقة.
- القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحمل المسؤولية.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية قوية.
- معرفة بأساسيات المحاسبة البسيطة.
- مهارات تواصل وبناء علاقات قوية مع الزملاء.
- الاستعداد لأداء مهام أخرى حسب متطلبات الإدارة.

About the Role
Are you passionate about building relationships and engaging with educational institutions? We are looking for a KSA Outreach Coordinator to support student recruitment efforts and strengthen the university’s presence within Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will establish key partnerships with schools, universities, corporations, and government entities to drive business opportunities, academic collaborations, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Engage with key influencers in schools, universities, corporations, and government organizations to drive student recruitment and business development initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to promote enrollment opportunities.
Collaborate with schools and relevant agencies to enhance brand visibility within KSA.
Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding admission procedures and requirements.
Coordinate, attend, and represent the university at student recruitment events, including roadshows, corporate gatherings, open houses, and school fairs across Saudi Arabia.
Support various initiatives that align with the university’s mission and objectives.
Frequent travel within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain is required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
Professional certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Saudi national.

دعم الجامعة في مختلف المهام لضمان تحقيق أهدافها ورسالتها الأكاديمية.
القدرة على السفر بشكل متكرر داخل المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، تطوير الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في مجال ذي صلة.
مواطن سعودي.
مرحب بالخريجين الجدد، حيث يتم تقديم فرص تدريب وتطوير.
يفضل خبرة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات أو التوظيف الأكاديمي، خاصة في قطاع التعليم العالي.
مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات وتفسيرها لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة.
مهارات تواصل وعلاقات عامة ممتازة مع القدرة على بناء شبكات قوية.
قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكذلك ضمن فريق عمل متعاون.
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).
