🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Software Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Financial Services Expertise: Develop solutions for financial systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining data security.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive strategic technology decisions.
- Collaboration & Agile Development: Work with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, drive process optimizations, and innovate with new tools and frameworks.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise-level applications.
- Expertise in Core Java, multithreading, concurrency, and collections.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Financial services experience (trading systems, risk management, or payment processing) is a strong advantage.

🔹 المسؤوليات الأساسية
- تطوير وهندسة البرمجيات: تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات Java على مستوى المؤسسات، مع التركيز على القابلية للتوسع، الموثوقية، والأداء.
- الخبرة في الخدمات المالية: تطوير حلول للأنظمة المالية مع الامتثال للمعايير التنظيمية وضمان أمان البيانات.
- القيادة التقنية: توجيه المطورين الجدد، قيادة مراجعات الكود، والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية التقنية.
- التعاون وتطوير البرمجيات بطريقة Agile: العمل مع الفرق المختلفة، المشاركة في اجتماعات Agile، وضمان نجاح المشاريع.
- الابتكار والتطوير المستمر: متابعة أحدث التقنيات، تحسين العمليات، وتقديم حلول مبتكرة بتقنيات وأدوات جديدة.
🔹 المؤهلات والخبرة
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية في تطوير Java على مستوى المؤسسات.
- إتقان Core Java، البرمجة المتعددة الخيوط (Multithreading)، والتزامن (Concurrency).
- معرفة قوية بـ Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- خبرة في RESTful APIs، هندسة الميكروسيرفيس، وتصميم الأنماط البرمجية.
- إتقان قواعد البيانات SQL/NoSQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- معرفة بأدوات CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI) وخدمات السحابة (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- خبرة في الخدمات المالية (أنظمة التداول، إدارة المخاطر، أو منصات الدفع) تعد ميزة قوية.

- معرفة بمخازن البيانات غير المنظمة (Vector DBs, Document DBs).

- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابيًا وشفهيًا).
