Join our growing team at Almoayyed Contracting Group! We are looking for a skilled and experienced Collection Executive to handle our collections and keep our finances on track.

Details

• Position: Collection Executive
• Location: Bahrain
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and collect overdue payments from clients
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare and send payment reminders, follow-ups, and late notices
  • Issue invoices and maintain documentation for billing processes
  • Follow up on overdue payments and ensure company policy compliance
  • Assist in managing receivables and maintaining steady cash flow

Desired Qualifications

• Relevant experience in collections or a similar role
• Valid driving license in Bahrain (required)
• Preference for male candidates
• Priority will be given to immediate joiners
• Age under 30 years

  • التنسيق مع العملاء لحل النزاعات وضمان المدفوعات في الوقت المحدد
  • إعداد وإرسال تذكيرات بالمدفوعات، والمتابعات، والإشعارات المتأخرة
  • إصدار الفواتير والحفاظ على الوثائق الخاصة بعمليات الفوترة
  • متابعة المدفوعات المتأخرة وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة
  • المساعدة في إدارة الحسابات المستحقة والحفاظ على تدفق نقدي ثابت

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• خبرة ذات صلة في مجال التحصيل أو وظيفة مشابهة
• رخصة قيادة سارية في البحرين (مطلوبة)
• الأفضلية للذكور
• الأفضلية للمتقدمين القادرين على الانضمام فورًا
• العمر أقل من 30 سنة
