Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of dredging, reclamation, and resort construction projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge and the client.
Design & Planning:
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams during the concept and planning phases.
Ensure designs align with local regulations, environmental standards, and client expectations.
Execution & Management:
Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are upheld.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.

Technical Skills:
