About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and licensed Lawyer to join our organization and work closely with our team and the Board of Directors. This position is perfect for someone with expertise in Bahrain court proceedings, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proven ability to attend and litigate in court, offer practical legal advice, and provide support in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate trial advocacy skills and knowledge of Bahrain court proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into legal matters, including legal research, analysis, and expert consultation.
- Draft and file pleadings with the appropriate bodies.
- Develop litigation pathways and legal arguments, and attend court hearings.
- Attend mediation hearings and settlement conferences.
- Prepare, amend, and negotiate contracts, legislative agreements, and legal documentation.
- Provide factually, legally, and analytically supported advice based on Bahrain Law.
- Stay updated on local and international law changes, technology, and procedural requirements.
- Provide legal advice to various departments and ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures.
- Communicate with regulators to ensure compliance.
- Review and advise on corporate governance matters.
- Draft Minutes of Meetings.
- Provide secretarial support for the Board of Directors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- License: Licensed to practice Law in Bahrain.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lawyer in Bahrain courts.
- Skills: Excellent written and communication skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic.

نحن نبحث عن محامي مرخص للانضمام إلى منظمتنا والعمل بشكل تعاوني مع الفريق ومجلس الإدارة. نبحث عن مرشح ذو خلفية في إجراءات المحاكم البحرينية، والتقاضي العام، والتحكيم، وتسوية المنازعات. سيكون المرشح الناجح لاعب فريق قادر على حضور القضايا القانونية والمرافعة فيها، وتقديم المشورة القانونية العملية والدعم في بيئة سريعة الحركة.
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- إظهار مهارات الدفاع في المحاكم ومعرفة إجراءات المحاكم البحرينية.
- إجراء تحقيقات شاملة في الأمور القانونية، بما في ذلك البحث القانوني، والتحليل، والحصول على رأي الخبراء.
- صياغة وتقديم المذكرات للمؤسسات المعنية.
- تطوير مسارات التقاضي والحجج القانونية، وحضور جلسات المحكمة.
- حضور جلسات الوساطة والمؤتمرات المتعلقة بالتسوية.
- إعداد وتعديل والتفاوض على العقود والاتفاقيات التشريعية وغيرها من الوثائق القانونية.
- تقديم مشورة قانونية معتمدة على الأدلة القانونية والتحليل وفقًا لقانون البحرين.
- الحفاظ على الوعي المستمر بالتغييرات في القوانين المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة، والتكنولوجيا، والقواعد المحلية، ومتطلبات الإجراءات.
- تقديم المشورة القانونية للأقسام المختلفة وضمان التوافق مع السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
- التواصل مع الهيئات التنظيمية لضمان الامتثال.
- مراجعة وتقديم المشورة في شؤون الحوكمة المؤسسية.
- صياغة محاضر الاجتماعات.
- تقديم الدعم السكرتاري لمجلس الإدارة.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- المؤهل: شهادة بكاليريوس في القانون.
- الرخصة: مرخص لمزاولة مهنة المحاماة في البحرين.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمحامي في محاكم البحرين.
- المهارات: مهارات كتابية واتصالية ممتازة.
- اللغات: إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
