المهام الوظيفية
✅ تطوير الأعمال وزيادة المبيعات من خلال بيع المنتجات والخدمات المتكاملة للشحن.
✅ إدارة عمليات الشحن البحري (تصدير، استيراد، وشحن متبادل – FCL & LCL).
✅ الإشراف على عمليات الشحن الجوي (تصدير، استيراد، وشحن متبادل).
✅ تقديم حلول التخزين والتوزيع وإدارة عمليات التخليص الجمركي والنقل للشحن البحري والجوي.
✅ التعامل مع الشحنات الضخمة والمشاريع الخاصة.
✅ زيادة العائدات من خلال الاحتفاظ بالعملاء الحاليين، مع تحديد واستقطاب عملاء جدد.
✅ المتابعة الاستباقية مع العملاء، تجديد الأسعار في الوقت المناسب، وضمان تحصيل المدفوعات في المواعيد المحددة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
📌 الخبرة:
- خبرة 4 - 5 سنوات في مبيعات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية (الشحن البحري والجوي).
- امتلاك قاعدة عملاء حالية من السوق المستهدف.
📌 المهارات المطلوبة: - فهم عميق لعمليات الخدمات اللوجستية وقطاع الشحن.
