About the Role
Our client, a leading hospitality group in the GCC region, is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead their expansion into Saudi Arabia.
This position is based in KSA, and candidates must already reside in the Kingdom with fluency in both Arabic and English.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role with Rotana, Millennium, Hyatt, or other international hospitality brands operating in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Analysis – Identify and assess new development opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
- Project Oversight – Manage all aspects of hospitality project development, from feasibility to execution.
- Financial Evaluation – Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis for potential investments.
