Job Description
We are expanding and currently looking for a Mechanical QC Engineer to join our top-qualified and knowledgeable quality control team in one of our projects in Bahrain. Join us in our worldwide journey and build something that matters!
What you will need to do:
- Review all submittals, including but not limited to technical and material submittals.
- Assist the QC Manager in all activities related to the 3-phase inspection process for mechanical activities.
- Monitor all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related mechanical works, particularly in design, procurement, construction, and final handover.
- Monitor the implementation of Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans related to Mechanical works. Ensure timely generation of all necessary records in your area of responsibility.
- Manage the inspection and testing of Mechanical works, including overseeing the work of QC Inspectors under your authority.
- Monitor the closeout of punch lists related to incomplete mechanical works.
- Ensure all measurement and testing instruments for Mechanical works are functional and calibrated.
- Witness, review, and approve welder qualifications and WPS, PQR qualifications.
- Liaise and coordinate with 3rd Party Testing/Inspection companies as required for Mechanical works.
- Perform statistical analysis and evaluation of test data related to Mechanical works.
- Prepare, file, and maintain test/inspection records and other quality-related documentation for Mechanical works.
- Assist construction personnel in identifying and resolving problems, potential non-conformances, or actual non-conformances related to Mechanical works.
- Advise the QC Manager of non-conformance occurrences, raise Non-conformance Reports for non-compliant work, and monitor the closeout and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Witness and document all NDT and Mechanical testing, including hydrotesting and pneumatic testing.
- Attend and witness all Client verification of work on-site, coordinating the closeout of any outstanding issues related to Mechanical works.
- Assist in the preparation of final documents for certification as required.
- Assist in system commissioning as needed.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a quality control mechanical engineer.
- Experience in mega projects is a must. Preferably with experience in US Army projects.
You are someone who:
- Has good communication skills.
- Is focused, structured, and a self-learner.
- Has excellent organizational skills.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an Electrical QC Engineer to join a top-qualified and knowledgeable quality control team on one of our projects in Bahrain. Join our worldwide journey. Build on something that matters!
What you will need to do:
- Review all submittals, including but not limited to technical and material submittals.
- Assist the QC Manager in all activities related to the 3-phase inspection process for electrical activities.
- Monitor all phases and processes required for the effective completion of all related electrical works, particularly the issues related to design, procurement, construction, and final handover of the electrical works.
- Monitor the implementation of Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans related to electrical works, ensuring that all necessary records are generated in a timely manner in their area of responsibility.
- Manage the inspection and testing of electrical works in their area of responsibility, including overseeing the work of QC Inspectors under their authority.
- Monitor the closeout of punch lists for incomplete electrical works.
- Ensure that all measurement and testing instruments used for electrical works are functional and calibrated.
- Witness, review, and approve welder qualifications and WPS, PQR qualifications.
- Liaise and coordinate with third-party testing/inspection companies as required for electrical works.
- Conduct statistical analysis and evaluation of test data related to electrical works.
- Prepare, file, and maintain test/inspection records and any other quality records generated for electrical works.
- Assist construction personnel in identifying and resolving problems and potential or actual non-conformances related to electrical works.
- Advise the QC Manager of non-conformance occurrences and, if necessary, raise a Non-Conformance Report for non-compliant work and monitor the closeout and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Witness all NDT and electrical testing (including hydro testing, pneumatic testing, etc.) as specified.
- Attend and witness all client verification of work (inspection, test, etc.) on site and coordinate the closeout of any and all outstanding issues related to electrical works.
- Where required, assist in the preparation of final documentation for certification.
- Assist in the systems commissioning as required.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a quality control electrical engineer.
- Experience in mega projects is a must. Experience with US Army projects is preferred.

- Possesses good communication skills.
- Is focused, structured, and a self-learner.
- Has excellent organizational skills.
