Job Responsibilities
- Execute on Observability Strategy and define standards for logging, tracing, and SLO definitions for engineering teams.
- Develop and manage dashboards, traces, monitors, and logs in Datadog.
- Integrate Datadog with incident management tools and Slack.
- Establish comprehensive monitoring solutions using Datadog.
- Centralize logging mechanisms for efficient debugging.
- Implement distributed tracing visualization and adopt OpenTelemetry standards.
- Deploy observability solutions for development and production environments.
- Train engineering teams to adopt observability best practices and incident management workflows.
- Implement POCs and showcase observability features to engineering teams.
- Improve alerting mechanisms to reduce alert fatigue and enhance monitoring efficiency.
- Develop real-time reporting to improve MTTA (Mean Time to Acknowledge) and MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve).
Requirements
- Extensive AWS experience with large-scale infrastructure.
- SRE, DevOps, or Developer Experience background in engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry) and hands-on experience with high-load production systems.
- Expert-level Terraform skills.
- Ability to propose scalable solutions that balance engineering efficiency and operational resilience.
- Incident response leadership experience, utilizing logging, tracing, and SLO patterns.
- Proven ability to create technical roadmaps for SRE, DevOps, and Developer Experience teams.

The Senior Security Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls to protect customer AWS environments. This role requires deep expertise in
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive AWS security assessments for both company and client infrastructures.
- Perform penetration tests and vulnerability assessments of cloud infrastructure and web applications.
- Implement and manage AWS security tools and technologies such as AWS IAM, GuardDuty, Inspector, Security Hub, Config, etc.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Organize access management in accordance with Role-based access control (RBAC) policy.

Qualifications:
Must-have:

- Act as a communication proxy for your team and transfer the important information to the appropriate people (team, CEO/CTO, Director of Development, PMs, clients)

Requirements:
- 8+ years of using .NET with 3+ years as a team lead, or delivery lead
- Experience with Frontend technologies such as React, Typescript would be an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS development stack and development lifecycle tooling (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, Code Deploy etc). Alternative cloud platform (Azure or GCP) would be an advantage
- Experience in developing enterprise-scale applications (including serverless)

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, test and deploy large scale distributed systems in the cloud
- Deliver clean, modularized code with focus on readability, extensibility and ease of maintenance

- Communicate and align with the team of developers, SDET and system engineers to deliver efficient and reliable code

- Work closely with the DevOps team to assist in the automation of infrastructure as a code
- Assist DevOps team during large scale migrations from on premises to the AWS cloud to ensure 99,995% SLA
- Participate in application architecture design sessions and contribute to efficient, cost-effective and scalable services
- Work using Agile approaches - Sprint planning, Demos and Retrospectives
- Communicate progress, issues and risks to Delivery Lead, Tech Leads and peers

Required skills and experience
- 8+ years expertise developing .NET applications in C#
- In-depth knowledge of C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core) and SQL and ability to apply it to high performant, production grade systems
- Solid understanding of full development cycle
