Main Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Develop trusted relationships with new dealers, network partners, and sales managers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to resolution, both remotely and on-site.

Training & Technical Assistance
- Deliver training for key customers, installers, and service dealers.

Product & Process Improvement
- Communicate technical input and design ideas to the engineering team.

- Oversee claims processing and expedite their resolution.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience.

Main Responsibilities
Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead all facets of supervision, including workforce flexibility, staffing, employee onboarding, training, and cross-training.
- Ensure accountability and corrective actions to adhere to safety, security, and HR policies.

Performance & Process Optimization
- Ensure daily order execution, workforce flexibility, productivity/efficiency, sequencing, and process adherence.

- Oversee daily and weekly shipping schedules to optimize staffing, equipment, and production flow.
People & Culture Development
- Interview, monitor, and evaluate employee performance for assigned areas.

Minimal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Technology, OR equivalent experience in an Operations function within a similar industry.

Technical Responsibilities
- Perform onsite testing and commissioning for all types of power generators and light towers.
- Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repairs for various power generators and light towers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot control panels and automatic transfer switches.

The Product Engineer will be responsible for gaining a deep technical understanding of our products and serving as a critical interface between R&D, engineering, and product support teams. This role involves understanding, diagnosing, and analyzing field issues, working with design engineering teams to develop and test product improvements. The Product Engineer will also contribute to defining new features and products and play a key role in creating internal and external product documentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand product and system-level interactions (electrical, firmware, mechanical) to facilitate diagnosis and testing.
- Investigate field failures of returned products through system testing and circuit board debugging.
- Establish lab test setups to replicate field issues using electronic test equipment.
- Support hardware and firmware development teams in solving field issues and defining new product features.
- Participate in validation and verification testing for design changes and new products.
- Analyze fleet data to understand the scope of field issues.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and field service personnel.
