Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PC Refresh Technician to join our team and support the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) efforts under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract. This exciting opportunity is in Manama, Bahrain, where you will contribute to the End User Hardware as a Service (EUHWaaS) task order.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment of new hardware as a service device (desktops, laptops, peripherals) as part of the EUHWaaS task order, including system imaging, software installation, configuration, and data migration.
- Configure systems per baseline image specifications, ensuring all new devices are set up with required applications, operating systems, and security settings according to government policies.
- Track and manage hardware inventory throughout the refresh lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation of asset details, serial numbers, and disposition of old equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of the refresh process, including system configurations, user data migration, and inventory tracking.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during the refresh process.
- Coordinate with deployment leads, on-site end-user points of contact for deployments to schedule and execute system replacements with minimal disruption to operations.
- Perform testing of systems pre/post-deployments to ensure they meet operational and security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Compliant with DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+, CCNA Security, etc.).
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 Certification.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) / Department of Navy (DoN) operating environments.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Salary Range:
The salary range is between $50,050 to $90,475 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As a BSR, you will provide essential education and enrollment services for beneficiaries under the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) with the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Your work will ensure that TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries receive the healthcare services and support they need.
Responsibilities:
- Verify Benefits & Enrollment: Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and more via systems such as the Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.
- Primary Care Manager (PCM) Changes: Follow Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines to make individual and batch PCM updates.
- Education & Customer Service: Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims, assisting beneficiaries both in person and over the phone.
- Claims Assistance: Provide basic claims status updates and support.
- Conduct Briefings: Lead informational sessions for various events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
- Data Management: Collect and record daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) information into applicable systems.
- Assess & Escalate Issues: Evaluate the level of assistance needed and refer or escalate complex issues for proper resolution.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Comply with all HIPAA regulations, maintain confidentiality, and properly handle Protected Health Information (PHI), and complete required training on time.
- Collaborate & Support: Assist with remote support, train new team members, and other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Eligible to obtain an ID card for access to NAS Bahrain
- Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Must meet all country-specific requirements
Essential Skills:
- Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective at delivering presentations
- Ability to communicate tactfully with others, both in person and on the phone
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision
