Requirements

• Minimum acceptable:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a steel reinforcement or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with steel bar specifications and reinforcement processing is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate the shear line machine to cut steel bars according to production plans and client specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Check the accuracy of cuts and measurements to meet quality standards.
• Identify and report any defects or
