We are seeking a full-time Outdoor Sales Executive – Corporate Gifts to join our Bahrain team, reporting to the sales manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales of promotional and corporate gift items. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets for corporate gifts.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including corporations, businesses, and organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide customized gift solutions based on client needs and budgets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product samples to clients.
• Work closely with the procurement and design teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitors' activities.
• Handle negotiations and close sales deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote company offerings. -
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, or B2B sales.
• Bahrain Driving License and own car.
• Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. -
Salary Package:
BHD 500/- all inclusive + Medical Insurance + Airfare every 2 years.
