ICT Presales Cybersecurity Lead
About the job
Responsible for cyber security solutions development, positioning and how to implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information within an organization. In addition, responsible to provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/services for potential customers and existing customers.
Contribute to providing presales support
Contribute to providing presales support to Account Managers across verticals to ensure the achievement of function’s business objectives.
Coordinate with relevant sales teams
Coordinate with relevant sales teams to successfully engage with all presales’ activities and contribute to driving sales revenue across the department.
Identify and analyze sales opportunities
Identify and analyze sales opportunities in the pipeline in order to participate in the achievement of ICT Presales & Solutions objectives.
Respond and address customer requests
Respond and address customer requests promptly to contribute to enhancing the sales cycle time.
Provide support to key customer contacts
Provide support to key customer contacts to obtain a better understanding of their requirements in support of opportunity generation.
Perform daily operational activities
Perform daily operational activities to assist with maintaining required procedures, documents, and policies related to sales including offering support with preparing proposal/tendering templates to ensure compliance across the department.
Identify and focus on correct deals
Identify and focus on correct deals to help meet Corporate Segment targets and enhance sales across the section.
Assist with reviewing all submitted business opportunities
Assist with reviewing all submitted business opportunities in order to make a valuable contribution in improving sales closure rate.

Partnering with prospect stakeholders

Research relevant regional and global market trends to stay up to date with best practices and drive relevant initiatives for improvements.
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, as well as controls related to quality, health, safety, environmental management, guaranteeing employee and assets safety, and legislative compliance.
