Impact Reporting Analyst

What you will do:

Reporting:

• Own institutional grant reporting at WBA, collaborating with funder relationship leads, subject matter experts, finance, and other colleagues.
• Develop a temporal view of impact (monthly, quarterly, annual) and develop narrative arcs based on the Theory of Change.
• Use data from the Results Management Framework to draft institutional funder grant reports, aligning with grant reporting schedules.
• Surface challenges and provide contextual learnings during grant reporting cycles.
• Provide insights and impact data from the Results Management Framework at various stages in the fundraising cycle.
• Support non-institutional grant owners with reporting tasks and data insights.

Impact Data Management and Visualisation:

• Manage and develop the Results Management Framework to measure progress against WBA's Theory of Change, ensuring coherence and consistency in measurement.
• Support Impact Researchers in developing internal systems (e.g., Airtable) and training materials/workshops around impact data.
• Visualize impact data and embed visualizations in grant reports as needed.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience working on donor-funded programs, writing, and compiling grant reports.
• 1-3 years of experience in data management, analysis, and embedding data visuals into grant reports.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of R, PowerBI, Tableau, and Airtable is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and multicultural environments.

Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB) Spotlight Research Lead, Social Transformation

What you will do:

• Oversee the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark (CHRB) methodology, ensuring accuracy and relevance for stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute research on WBA's CHRB, ensuring timely and transparent publication of benchmarks.
• Work closely with the Social Transformation team and collaborate with other Research Leads.
• Increase engagement among benchmarked companies and ensure methodologies reflect developing country perspectives.

• Design research to inspire collective action and public policy improvements on company behavior.
• Mentor and coach research analysts to build internal research capabilities.
• Support the harmonization, standardization, and workflow automation of research processes.
• Represent WBA externally and provide expert guidance on research methodology.
• Contribute to research-focused funding and assist with proposals and donor reports.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in business and human rights research, grounded in UN Guiding Principles and OECD Guidelines.
• Experience leading a team of researchers and managing cross-functional conversations.
• Proven record in drafting research reports and publications.

• Experience as a primary investigator or in a senior research role at a development organization.
• Strong academic qualifications and experience in interpreting corporate disclosures and data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for making a difference.
