We are looking for 3 Inspection Coordinators for a job in Bahrain.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide inspection oversight of Contractors/Suppliers and their Sub-Contractors/Sub-Suppliers/Vendors ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities for inspection
- Act as a focal point for all inspection coordination based on notifications received from contractors/suppliers
- Liaise with TPI for inspector arrangements based on the scope of work
- Broad technical knowledge/experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding, NDT, Painting, Inspection, and Testing for Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation related materials and equipment, mainly piping, pressure vessels, rotating/static equipment, storage tanks, and pipelines
- Scrutinize inspector CVs and verify certificates as per project competence requirements
- Gather all relevant project documents and send them to selected inspectors/TPI agencies for specific NOI
- Prepare service orders to TPI agencies
- Liaise with company TPI agency, contractors/suppliers on inspection progress/status
- Ensure inspection lookahead plans are collected from contractors/suppliers 6 weeks in advance
- Track and monitor budgeted man-days vs consumed
- Daily monitoring and maintain TPI inspection log calendar
- Ensure daily flash reports and inspection reports are received on time from TPI agencies
- Ensure all TPI reports are reviewed and approved by respective quality engineers/discipline leads
- Follow-up and closure of open areas of concern, pending actions from TPI inspections
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspection-related topics
- Ensure weekly quality meetings are updated for inspections
- Ensure monthly timesheets are received from TPI agencies, reviewed as per service orders, and submitted for approval
- Ensure TPI agencies timely submit invoices
- Responsible for assigning actions like inspection notifications and inspection checklists to respective quality disciplines as an Aardvark system coordinator
- Focal point for inspection requests and liaises with quality engineers for the allocation of suitable inspection personnel
- Populate and maintain the company's database with project data including ITPs, contractor information, tag data, documents, etc
- Participate in KOM & PIM on post orders, as required
- Support the review of manufacturing records books, as needed
- Dedicated to exemplary safety performance
- Ability to work in an integrated multi-cultural team
- Must comply with the company’s code of conduct

- أداء دور نقطة الاتصال لجميع تنسيق التفتيش وفقًا للإشعارات الواردة من المقاولين / الموردين
- التنسيق مع TPI لترتيب المفتشين بناءً على نطاق العمل
- امتلاك معرفة فنية واسعة في التصنيع، والتصنيع، واللحام، والفحص غير المدمر، والطلاء، والتفتيش، واختبار المواد والمعدات المتعلقة بالميكانيكا والكهرباء والأدوات، خاصة الأنابيب، والأوعية المضغوطة، والمعدات الدوارة والثابتة، وخزانات التخزين، والخطوط الأنابيب
- تدقيق سير ذاتية للمفتشين والتحقق من الشهادات وفقًا لمتطلبات الكفاءة الخاصة بالمشروع
- جمع جميع مستندات المشروع المتعلقة وإرسالها إلى المفتشين المختارين / وكالات TPI للإشعارات الخاصة
- إعداد أوامر الخدمة لوكالات TPI
- التنسيق مع وكالة TPI الخاصة بالشركة والمقاولين / الموردين حول تقدم التفتيش
- ضمان جمع خطط التفتيش المستقبلية من المقاولين / الموردين قبل 6 أسابيع
- متابعة وتتبع الأيام المقررة مقابل المستهلكة من الميزانية
- متابعة يومية وصيانة تقويم سجل تفتيش TPI
- ضمان استلام التقارير اليومية وتقارير التفتيش في الوقت المحدد من وكالات TPI
- ضمان مراجعة جميع تقارير TPI واعتمادها من المهندسين المختصين
- متابعة وإغلاق المناطق المفتوحة من المخاوف والإجراءات المعلقة من تفتيش TPI
- التنسيق ضمن فريق الجودة للمواضيع المتعلقة بالتفتيش
- التأكد من تحديث اجتماعات الجودة الأسبوعية للتفتيش
- التأكد من استلام جداول الوقت الشهرية من وكالات TPI، ومراجعتها حسب أوامر الخدمة، وتقديمها للموافقة
- التأكد من تقديم وكالات TPI للفواتير في الوقت المحدد
- سيكون مسؤولاً عن نظام Aardvark لتعيين الإجراءات مثل إشعارات التفتيش وقوائم التفتيش للمختصين في الجودة
- نقطة الاتصال لطلبات التفتيش والتنسيق مع مهندسي الجودة لتخصيص المفتشين المناسبين
- إدخال وصيانة قاعدة بيانات الشركة مع بيانات المشروع بما في ذلك ITPs، ومعلومات المقاولين، وبيانات العلامات، والمستندات، وما إلى ذلك
- المشاركة في اجتماعات اللجنة المشتركة للمشاريع حسب الحاجة
- دعم مراجعة سجلات التصنيع حسب الحاجة
- مكرس لتحقيق أداء سلامة استثنائي
