Area Manager - Utilities

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of related experience in the Oil & Gas Industry

 

Must-haves:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems such as power generation, water treatment, air compressors, steam systems, cooling systems, and gas.
• Monitor utility performance using data analytics tools and generate regular reports on system efficiency, consumption, and potential improvements.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize utility systems’ operations and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure utility systems meet performance and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring they adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Mechanical Engineer

Experience: 12 - 15+ Years, with 8+ Years in Oil & Gas Industry (Design & FEED Conceptual Studies and Design Engineering Experience)

 

Must-haves:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related).
• Experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on static equipment design (piping, tanks, pressure vessels, etc.) and FEED conceptual studies.
• Advise and support mechanical engineering activities during the EPC and startup phases, ensuring project deliverables meet safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability expectations.
• Provide mechanical engineering support throughout the facility design lifecycle, including design reviews, commissioning, start-up, failure analysis, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Develop work packs for maintenance and execute modifications as required.

• Define and document best practices and recommend performance improvement initiatives within the mechanical engineering field.
• Develop plans and work schedules to ensure effective completion of tasks, aligning with division KPIs.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure that the engineering design and execution meet operational expectations.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior engineers and other team members.
