2. Receive and monitor materials

3. Handle materials and ensure that they are not damaged.

4. Prepare a clear report of incoming and outgoing materials

5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and send them to accounts

6. Ensure availability of materials and coordinate between the chef and the purchasing department to obtain them as needed.
