Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding and Adoption: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including virtual and in-person training, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Teach new customers how to use ScorePlay based on their unique needs, such as Content Producers vs. Partnerships Marketers. Produce educational resources like tutorials, help center articles, and informative emails to drive adoption.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges, and collaborate to improve media workflows.
• Customer Advocacy: Cultivate customer advocates by identifying and showcasing success stories and testimonials. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client feedback is effectively communicated.
• Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement. Use insights to drive continuous improvement in customer success processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Success team on strategies and processes for success. Collaborate with sales on lead generation for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

Lead DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership and Strategy: Define and drive DevOps strategy aligned with business goals and key performance indicators. Mentor and guide junior DevOps team members.
• AWS-related DevOps: Architect and manage AWS infrastructure, automating provisioning and deployment using Terraform or CDK.
• Programming and Scripting: Develop automation tools using languages like Python or Go, and optimize application performance and scalability.
