Planning Engineer Job in Bahrain
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction planning and scheduling, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to the project team
- Implement and manage change control processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Preferably available in Bahrain with a driving license

نبحث عن مهندس تخطيط ذو دافع عالٍ وخبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي سجل حافل في تخطيط وجدولة المشاريع، مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وصيانة جداول المشاريع التفصيلية باستخدام برنامج Primavera P6
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع، مهندسي الموقع، وغيرهم من الأطراف المعنية لضمان التوافق في الجداول الزمنية
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديد التأخيرات أو المخاطر المحتملة
- إعداد تقارير تقدم دورية وإبلاغ التحديثات إلى فريق المشروع
- تنفيذ وإدارة عمليات التحكم في التغيير
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح والمعايير ذات الصلة
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دول الخليج في تخطيط وجدولة المشاريع
- إتقان استخدام برامج الجدولة مثل Primavera P6
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
- يفضل أن يكون المتقدم متواجدًا في البحرين ولديه رخصة قيادة
