About the Job:
Wallet in Telegram offers a user-friendly platform designed to make digital currencies accessible, especially in emerging markets. We simplify the complexities of crypto solutions, allowing users to store, send, and receive digital currencies directly via Telegram, bypassing traditional banking systems and crypto exchanges.
TON Space is a self-custodial wallet solution that allows users to have full control over their assets and interact with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications within Telegram. With explosive growth, TON Space has already surpassed 50 million users within a year of its launch, presenting a wealth of opportunities for increasing engagement and forging new partnerships.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth of TON Space, focusing on adoption, user engagement, and seamless product experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business, marketing, and product strategy for TON Space as a major player in the TON ecosystem.
- Manage P&L, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing revenue streams and managing costs.
- Create and implement promotional campaigns for TON Space in collaboration with DeFi projects and Telegram Mini-Apps within the TON ecosystem.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketers, engineers, analysts, designers) to expand the product based on a strategic roadmap, aiming to increase user engagement and ecosystem development.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in Telegram mini-apps and the TON Ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and partnerships for TON Space.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing and launching consumer-facing crypto products in fast-paced, agile environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and self-custodial wallet solutions.
- Strong experience in managing P&L for digital products or services, including setting and meeting financial targets.
- Track record of building and maintaining partnerships within the crypto and DeFi space.
- Analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a global environment with awareness of compliance and regulatory considerations.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
