الوصف الوظيفي:
- تنسيق وتجميع مستندات تقديم العطاءات للمناقصات والموافقات المبدئية.
- تنظيم الجهود عبر الأقسام الخاصة بالأنشطة الخاصة بالمناقصات ومراجعات العقود.
- جمع وتواصل متطلبات العطاءات مع العملاء.
- متابعة مواعيد العطاءات والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- جمع معلومات المناقصات من مصادر مثل مجلس المناقصات البحريني.
