Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Expand the customer base by identifying new sales opportunities
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at customer outlets
- Conduct daily inventory checks
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to the Manager
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on promotional initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in van sales or FMCG sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a customer-focused attitude
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Valid driving license in the Kingdom of Bahrain

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الأسبوعية والشهرية
- توسيع قاعدة العملاء من خلال تحديد الفرص البيعية الجديدة
- ضمان وضع المنتجات بشكل صحيح وضمان رؤيتها في منافذ البيع
- إجراء فحوصات يومية للمخزون
- متابعة أداء المبيعات وتقديم التقارير إلى المدير
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق في المبادرات الترويجية
الشروط
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات الفان أو مبيعات FMCG
- مهارات تواصل واتصال قوية
- موجهة نحو المبيعات ولديك توجه مركز على العملاء
- مهارات تفاوض وحل المشكلات جيدة
- رخصة قيادة سارية في المملكة البحرين
