Join us as a Vertical Launcher and be part of an exciting journey to scale multiple vertical marketplaces, all built on the same robust infrastructure.
The Role in a Nutshell
As a Vertical Launcher, you will play a pivotal role in discovering new vertical opportunities, building initial momentum, and scaling operations. Your goal is to take new ideas and transform them into successful, repeatable business models that thrive in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery (2 Weeks): Speak exclusively to operators and professionals in a shortlist of potential verticals to gather insights on market size and opportunity quality.
- 0→1 (Push for First Transaction): Drive the first transaction, assessing market pull and business scalability with existing infrastructure.
- 1→10 (Scale): Build repeatable growth strategies, leveraging centralized services to aggressively scale the business to hundreds of transactions per month.
- Recycle: Once a vertical is set up, transition to a new opportunity and repeat the process for future success.
- 10→∞ (Advanced Scaling): This phase is handled by other roles, but you’ll assist in launching new geographies and improving customer experience.
