Product Data Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and QAs to deliver a product that our users love, making them healthier and wealthier.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to optimize the user experience (UX) within the mobile app (iOS and Android), enhancing simplicity, engagement, and value.
- Use data engineering, statistical analysis, and data visualization to generate insights and identify opportunities for product development.
- Define and analyze relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the product's success and the factors that influence them.
- Design, conduct, and analyze A/B/C tests to ensure that each product or feature released adds value for users and meets business objectives.
- Develop analyses and dashboards to facilitate decision-making in the rapidly evolving crypto industry.
- Manage large datasets spanning millions of users and multiple data sources, aggregated into BigQuery.
What We Expect from You:
- At least 2+ years of experience in mobile app analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, subqueries) and Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn).
- Ability to write production-ready code (docker, git, airflow).
- Strong knowledge and experience in statistical methods.
- A product-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to users.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent English-speaking skills for effective communication within the team.
- Ability to balance self-management with dynamic teamwork.
