Superside is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join Superads, an AI-powered platform that’s redefining ad performance analysis with actionable insights and streamlined reporting.In this role, you’ll develop and implement Superads' testing strategy, build automated end-to-end tests, and ensure high-quality releases that drive this fast-growing product forward.

What you’ll do
- Lead the development and execution of Superads’ testing strategy
- Build and maintain automated end-to-end tests with Playwright to ensure reliable product performance
- Organize and execute regression testing for new features and releases
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to maintain high-quality standards
- Integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle with a focus on automation
- Contribute to planning and strategic discussions around QA processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues, improving the testing environment as needed
- Make minor adjustments to the frontend codebase (React, JavaScript) for test maintenance
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong experience in QA automation and end-to-end testing
- Proficiency with Playwright or similar automated testing frameworks
- Basic front-end development skills (React, JavaScript) for test maintenance
- Familiarity with testing AI-driven features and APIs is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Location in the APAC region is a plus
