Assistant Counter Salesman
Location: Salmabad, Manama
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From BD180.000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers at the counter by providing product information and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Managing the cash register and processing sales transactions.
- Organizing and stocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels.
- Delivering excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or hardware sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hardware and construction materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently handle customer queries.
- Proficiency in using cash registers.
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi (preferred).

المهام الوظيفية:
- مساعدة العملاء عند نقطة البيع بتقديم معلومات عن المنتجات واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
- إدارة السجل النقدي ومعالجة معاملات المبيعات.
- تنظيم وتخزين البضائع ومراقبة مستويات المخزون.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة من خلال ضمان رضا العملاء وحل الشكاوى.
- التعاون مع فريق العمل لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وأهداف المتجر.
المتطلبات:
