Staff Software Engineer
Join the dynamic team at Pointspay! We’re looking for a Staff Engineer - Payments to help us revolutionize our money movement business logic, ensure PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, enhance fraud prevention, and optimize payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Security & Compliance:
- Collaborate on rigorous due diligence processes such as PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
- Integrate security controls and maintain compliance with payment providers and financial standards.
Cloud-Native Delivery:
- Oversee container orchestration and microservices deployment.
- Ensure high availability and superior system performance.
Stakeholder & Domain Expertise:
- Work closely with product, compliance, and risk teams to navigate the payments ecosystem.
- Design infrastructure and applications to align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Team Enablement:
- Mentor and guide engineering and QA teams.
- Set high standards for code quality, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.
What You Bring
Extensive Experience:
- 10+ years in roles like Individual Contributor, Team Lead, Infrastructure Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
Payments Domain Insight:
- Proficiency in stakeholder management within the payments industry.
- Experience with gateways, acquirers, and payment service providers.
Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines or advanced analytics tools in fintech.

انضم إلى فريق Pointspay النشط! نحن نبحث عن مهندس رئيسي في مجال المدفوعات للمساهمة في تطوير منطق تحويل الأموال، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير PCI-DSS المستوى 1، وتعزيز منع الاحتيال وتحسين عمليات الدفع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
الأمن والامتثال:
- التعاون في عمليات التدقيق الصارمة مثل الامتثال لـ PCI-DSS المستوى 1.
- دمج ضوابط الأمان والحفاظ على الامتثال مع مزودي الدفع والمعايير المالية.
تسليم قائم على السحابة:
- الإشراف على تنظيم الحاويات ونشر الخدمات الصغيرة.
- ضمان توافر النظام وأدائه العالي.
خبرة في مجال الدفع:
- العمل مع فرق المنتجات والامتثال والمخاطر لفهم نظام المدفوعات بشكل كامل.
- تصميم البنية التحتية والتطبيقات بما يتماشى مع اللوائح وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
تمكين الفريق:
- إرشاد وتوجيه فرق الهندسة وضمان الجودة.
- وضع معايير عالية لجودة الكود، والتميز التشغيلي، واستراتيجيات تخفيف المخاطر.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
خبرة واسعة:
- أكثر من 10 سنوات في أدوار مثل المهندس الفردي، قائد الفريق، مهندس البنية التحتية، أو مهندس حلول.
معرفة بمجال المدفوعات:
- كفاءة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة ضمن صناعة المدفوعات.
- خبرة في العمل مع بوابات الدفع، والجهات المستحوذة، ومزودي الخدمات.
خبرة تقنية:
- معرفة بخطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات أو أدوات التحليلات المتقدمة في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية.
