1- Senior Shipping Coordinator
Location: Remote in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa)
Type: Full-time, Mid-level

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organize Shipments: Organize and arrange domestic and international transportation.
- Negotiate Pricing: Negotiate with transport companies to secure the best pricing.
- Monitor Shipments: Track and monitor transport orders during their execution.
- Collaboration with Customs Agencies: Coordinate with customs agencies and customs offices.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service in English related to deliveries.
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents for customers such as ATR, EUR1, and certificates of origin.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Shipping Experience: Experience in project shipping.
- Cross-border Trade: Experience in international trade and shipments to locations worldwide.
- Customs Knowledge: Knowledge of import and export rules and experience working with customs globally.
- Transport Experience: Experience with courier, truck, sea, and air transport.
- Oversized Cargo: Experience with oversized cargo shipping is beneficial.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in getting quotes and negotiating with forwarders.
- Fluency in English: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.

- خبرة في الشحن الكبير الحجم: يفضل وجود خبرة في شحن الحمولات الكبيرة الحجم.
- التفاوض مع الشركات: خبرة في الحصول على عروض الأسعار والتفاوض مع شركات النقل.
- اللغة الإنجليزية: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
- خبرة في SAP: يفضل ولكن غير إلزامي.
