Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years in related sales experience
- Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics
- Strong leadership abilities

- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط مبيعات استراتيجية
- متابعة أداء الأفراد والفريق
- تدريب وتوجيه الأعضاء الجدد في الفريق
- تعزيز التواصل الواضح داخل الفريق
- الإشراف على العلاقات مع العملاء ورضاهم
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير المبيعات
- التعاون مع الفرق الوظيفية والإدارة العليا
الشروط
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في المبيعات ذات الصلة
- إثبات النجاح في دور قيادة مبيعات
- معرفة عميقة بعمليات واستراتيجيات المبيعات وديناميكيات السوق
- قدرات قيادية قوية
