• Identify customer needs and recommend the right car parts and accessories.
• Increase sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage inventory, orders, and supplier relations efficiently.
• Assist in developing sales strategies to improve business performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the garage.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.
Requirements
• Prior experience in car parts sales or automotive service.
• Strong knowledge of car parts, accessories, and vehicle mechanics.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to increase sales and contribute to company growth.

المسؤوليات
• تحديد احتياجات العملاء والتوصية بالأجزاء والملحقات المناسبة للسيارات.
• زيادة المبيعات من خلال خدمة العملاء الممتازة ومعرفة المنتجات.
• إدارة المخزون والطلبات والعلاقات مع الموردين بشكل فعال.
• المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحسين الأداء التجاري.
• الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومرتبة في الجراج.
• العمل بشكل تعاوني مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
المتطلبات
• خبرة سابقة في مبيعات قطع غيار السيارات أو الخدمة الفنية للسيارات.
• معرفة قوية بقطع غيار السيارات، الملحقات، وآلية عمل السيارات.
• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (محكيًا وكتابة).
• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
• القدرة على زيادة المبيعات والمساهمة في نمو الشركة.
