Riyadh Al Arrayed Engineering, a leading consultancy firm specializing in architectural engineering and land surveying, is looking for a talented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drafting, and the ability to create detailed and accurate drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting: Prepare accurate architectural and MEP shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.
- Revisions: Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
- Organization: Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to company standards and industry codes in all drafting work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Draftsman, specifically in architectural and MEP drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.
- Certified degree/diploma in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Bahrain.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bahrain.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التصميم: إعداد رسومات معمارية وميكانيكية وكهربائية دقيقة.

- إتقان AutoCAD، Revit أو أي برنامج رسم آخر ذو صلة.
- شهادة جامعية أو دبلوم في الرسم الهندسي أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم قوي للرسومات الفنية والمواصفات والمعايير المهنية.
- مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي ممتازة.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدمين مقيمين حاليًا في البحرين.
المهارات المفضلة:
- خبرة في أدوات النمذجة الثلاثية الأبعاد والرندر.
- الإلمام بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية للبناء في البحرين.
