نبحث عن موظف مبيعات للعمل في محل تجزئة. (سيتم قبول المتقدمين المقيمين في البحرين فقط).
وصف الوظيفة:
نحن بصدد توظيف ممثل مبيعات مقنع لإقناع العملاء المحتملين بالشراء وضمان رضا العملاء الحاليين عن منتجاتنا.
للتفوق في هذا الدور، يجب أن تظهر مهارات تواصل فعّالة وقادرة على بناء علاقة طيبة مع العملاء. في النهاية، يجب على الممثل المبيعات المتميز أن يقدم خدمة عملاء استثنائية ويحقق أهداف المبيعات أو يتجاوزها بشكل مستمر.
المسؤوليات:
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين.
- إجراء أبحاث عن منتجات أو خدمات العملاء المحتملين وتحديد الموقع الجغرافي لعملائهم المستهدفين.
- إقناع العملاء بشراء منتجات الشركة من خلال التواصل عن فوائد المنتجات المختلفة.
المتطلبات:
- القدرة على الانضمام فورًا (مفضل).
- معرفة جيدة بمبادئ وتقنيات التسويق.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرات استشارية في المبيعات.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء الاستثنائية.

To be successful as a sales representative, you should demonstrate effective communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients. Ultimately, an outstanding Sales Representative should achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conducting research on potential clients' products or services and determining the geographic location of the majority of their target customers.
- Persuading clients to purchase company products by communicating the benefits of various types of products.
Requirements:
- Can join immediately (Preferable).
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
