Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies that align with growth and brand objectives.
- Build Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with credible affiliates and influencers, ensuring alignment with company values and attracting Bitcoin enthusiasts.
- Negotiate Terms: Work closely with affiliates and influencers to negotiate commission rates and partnership terms that drive optimal results.
- Track Performance: Collaborate with the Data team to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor emerging trends in affiliate and influencer marketing, particularly in crypto and fintech, and apply them to maximize impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with teams in Content, Community, and Growth Marketing to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with overall objectives.
- Content & Creative Oversight: Lead content planning, ensuring creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven expertise in affiliate and influencer marketing, particularly in fintech or cryptocurrency.
- Strong data and analytics skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, BI dashboards, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and trends in fintech, particularly Bitcoin and related technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to negotiate and maintain strong partnerships.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams in Content, Community, Product, and Data to execute successful campaigns.
