The Scope
- Identify and drive crypto options sales opportunities across EMEA. Build a strong pipeline by sourcing and converting prospective opportunities, from consulting and education to advisory, with institutional clients.
- Develop client profiling, identify successful case studies, and replicate these successes while channeling marketing efforts appropriately.
- Define and evaluate new revenue streams and opportunities with existing or new clients, such as Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Firms, Endowments, Private Equity Firms, Private Wealth Managers, and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
- Close high-impact, high-revenue sales opportunities.
- Ensure prospects or new clients are in good standing and will not pose risks to Coincall’s business—financial, reputational, regulatory, or otherwise.
- Articulate client feedback, as well as gaps in service/product offerings, to senior management and product teams, providing actionable proposals.

The Must Haves
- Passion and enthusiasm for crypto derivatives, particularly crypto options.

- Experience in business development within crypto derivatives or TradFi derivatives, with a proven track record of pipeline management, developing opportunities, and closing deals.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a strong, effective team contributor.
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to prioritize and manage sales in an organized, structured manner.

- Has experience trading options, either in crypto or TradFi.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial approach—able to observe competitors, identify opportunities, and execute plans.
