Prevail Fund is building a recruitment operation to support both our team and partners across the Global South. Our 20-person team is set to double in size within the next two years, and we will assist our partners in building the teams needed to scale their impact.

About Prevail Fund:
Prevail is a new organization that helps field implementers and philanthropists pursue ambitious social change. Our first initiative focuses on global education, aiming to improve instruction in government schools for 25 million children across 10 countries in Africa. We've already secured our fundraising target, partnered with 15 organizations across South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa, hired over 20 team members, and executed 12 projects to strengthen key functions for our partners.

The Role:
As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead the recruitment efforts for Prevail and our partners. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can drive strategic and operational initiatives, and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.
You will:
- Source Top Talent: Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract exceptional candidates globally.
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes from start to finish, focusing on delivering outstanding candidate experiences with clear communication, rapid responses, and constructive feedback.
- Support Partners: Help our partners with their recruitment needs, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements.
- Build Infrastructure: Track metrics, improve processes, and implement tools that help scale operations. You’ll actively spot opportunities for operational improvements.
About You:
You will excel in this role if you have:
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactively solve challenges, identifying and implementing practical operational solutions.
- Effective Communication: Clear, concise communication, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to represent Prevail to potential candidates.
- Service-Oriented: Deep care for the candidate experience, as well as for the needs of hiring managers.

Location & Start Date:
This is a remote position, with candidates required to be within four hours of CET and legally eligible to work in their respective countries. We particularly encourage candidates from the Global South. Preferred start date: as soon as possible.
