 Product Marketing Manager (Miden)

🎬 Your Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and measuring the Polygon Miden product marketing strategy and initiatives.
• Miden event strategy and execution, getting us and our users into the right events, panels, and talks.
• Market and competitive analysis, client case studies, product positioning, key product benefits, and messaging.
• Coordinating with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure the best presentation of products to our users and community. This includes product launches, feature upgrades, or the general product brand.
• Work with the branding team for each new feature to create descriptive messaging for products on the website and in other materials.

🎬 What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing and Strategy Development.
• An understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain and zkRollups.
• A successful track record of creating and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in market and competitive analysis as well as data-driven decision-making.

 DeFi BD Specialist

What You'll Need

•  2-4 years of experience working in DeFi. 
• Experience working on a BD team, and background in effective communication to high-priority counterparties. 
• Extensive relationships in DeFi. 
• Ability to quickly analyze new projects for value add to the Polygon community.

Business Development Manager - Payments (E/FS)

 Your Responsibilities

•  Strategic Adoption and Dealwork: Identify, engage and close deals with leads interested in launching payments applications and stablecoins on Polygon
• Critical Infrastructure: Identify and foster relationships with key infrastructure that will help accelerate the adoption of Polygon technology among payments leaders, including wallets, oracles, payments APIs, stablecoins, tokenization platforms and exchanges, liquidity providers 
• Networking: Build key relationships with new and existing key players within the Polygon community and wider web3 and payments industries. Attend key events and leverage that network to close deals. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product and Enablement teams to ensure the successful collaboration using Polygon technology.
• Market Research: Be in tune with market trends, customer demands and competitive solutions – communicate such trends, demands and solutions with cross-functional colleagues throughout the global organization.

• Blockchain Advocacy: Acting as an advocate for Polygon technology within your regional geography and digitally, and participating in industry events, conferences, and forums (as well as on social media) to promote awareness and adoption.
• Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular reports on the progress of your pipeline and business development efforts, including key performance indicators, project milestones and commercial results.
