We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT graduate to join our team as an Outdoor Sales Executive / Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building strong client relationships in the Bahrain market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Demonstrate a go-getter attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to develop growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Software Sales or marketing, preferably in the Bahrain market.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Valid driver’s license with Car (preferred but car is not mandatory).
- Both Males and Females can apply.

نحن نبحث عن خريج تكنولوجيا معلومات ديناميكي وذو طموح للانضمام إلى فريقنا كـ "تنفيذي مبيعات خارجية / تنفيذي تسويق". سيلعب المرشح المثالي دورًا محوريًا في دفع النمو وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء في سوق البحرين.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحديد وإنشاء فرص أعمال جديدة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- التفاعل مع العملاء يوميًا لفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
- إظهار روح المبادرة والرغبة في تحقيق وتجاوز الأهداف.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والتسويق.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتقديم رؤى لتطوير استراتيجيات النمو.
المتطلبات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في مبيعات أو تسويق البرمجيات في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ويفضل في سوق البحرين.
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية مع سيارة (يفضل ولكن السيارة ليست إلزامية).
- يمكن للذكور والإناث التقديم.
