Job Overview:
As an Origin Network Financial Planner, your role is to work with members from all walks of life, from new grads starting their careers to senior leaders starting to think about retirement. Your goal is to provide personalized financial recommendations and advice to Origin members. You will be successful when you can provide our members with a deep understanding of their finances and how to use Origin to achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized financial plans: Publish tailored financial recommendations based on the members' goals.
- Build strong relationships with members: Develop and maintain strong relationships through meetings, responding to messages, delivering exceptional service, and addressing their financial concerns.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Have a deep understanding of Origin’s offerings and tools, while staying up to date with our training.
- Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, including member privacy and data security.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFP®.
- Ability to approach financial advice holistically.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and conduct conversations effectively in a remote, online environment.
