About the Job:
Oradian is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Europe, focuses on driving growth through targeted paid advertising, audience mapping, deal value estimation, and HubSpot management. Candidates must be located within the Central European Time (CET) time zone.
Job Description:
Develop and Execute Paid Advertising Strategy:
- Design and implement paid advertising strategies across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Capterra, and G2 Crowd.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
Audience Mapping:
- Identify and map target audiences, including key companies and relevant contacts.
- Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and PhantomBuster for audience segmentation.
- Maintain an updated database of potential leads and clients.
Deal Value Estimation:
- Identify and evaluate financial institutions in key markets.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to estimate deal values and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-value deals with detailed tracking and reporting.
HubSpot Management:
- Manage and enhance HubSpot tracking and reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry for all marketing and sales activities.
- Generate performance reports on marketing campaigns and ROI metrics.
- Provide training and support for team members using HubSpot.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, banking, or fintech sectors.
- Proven success in developing and executing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Expertise in audience segmentation in complex B2B environments.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial institutions and fintech solutions.
- Familiarity with SaaS models and international markets.
Location & Time Zone:
Europe, remote (CET time zone required).
