About the Job
We are seeking a Sales Executive responsible for managing customer needs, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales targets. The Sales Executive will provide information about available products and services, build customer relationships, and maintain compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets by following the sales process and handling cash/credit sales.
- Manage and handle customer queries, understand their requirements, and oversee transactions to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers about available products and services to facilitate informed decision-making and encourage repeat business.
- Evaluate, communicate, and identify potential customers and leads, building relationships through follow-up and effective communication.
- Ensure that products and premises are displayed according to principal/management guidelines.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
- Adhere to all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies at all times.
- Provide progress reports regularly and as required.
- Follow and implement relevant requirements of the Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma degree in Marketing or a relevant subject.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a combination of experience and education.

نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات مسؤول عن إدارة احتياجات العملاء والرد على الاستفسارات وضمان رضا العملاء مع تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية. سيقدم مدير المبيعات معلومات حول المنتجات والخدمات المتاحة، ويبني علاقات مع العملاء، ويحافظ على الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والإجراءات.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية من خلال اتباع عملية المبيعات والتعامل مع المبيعات النقدية / الائتمانية.
- إدارة ومعالجة استفسارات العملاء، وفهم متطلباتهم، والإشراف على المعاملات لضمان رضا العملاء الأمثل.
- إعلام العملاء بالمنتجات والخدمات المتاحة لتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة وتشجيع تكرار الأعمال.
- تقييم العملاء المحتملين والعملاء المحتملين والتواصل معهم وتحديدهم، وبناء العلاقات من خلال المتابعة والتواصل الفعال.
- تأكد من عرض المنتجات والمباني وفقًا لإرشادات المدير/الإدارة.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
