We are looking for a strong MIS/Cashier who is proficient in Excel to handle all cash transactions and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all cash transactions with customers on behalf of the company
- Receive payments by cash, cheques, and issue receipts
- Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily transaction reports
- Keep balance sheets of amounts and transactions
- Ensure the safe and clean working environment
- Maintain records of amounts received and paid, ensuring cash is reconciled with records
- Ensure customers are promptly attended to, reducing waiting times

نحن نبحث عن محاسب (MIS) وكاشير قوي في Excel للتعامل مع جميع المعاملات النقدية والمهام الإدارية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التعامل مع جميع المعاملات النقدية مع العملاء نيابة عن الشركة
- استلام المدفوعات نقدًا أو بالشيكات، وإصدار الإيصالات
- الحفاظ على تقارير المعاملات الشهرية والأسبوعية واليومية
- الاحتفاظ بجداول مالية للمبالغ والمعاملات
- ضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة
- الحفاظ على سجلات المبالغ المستلمة والمدفوعة، وضمان التوفيق مع السجلات
- التأكد من تلبية احتياجات العملاء بسرعة، وتقليل أوقات الانتظار
