Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all maintenance operations for the facility
- Managing a team of technicians and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Handling electrical works, plumbing, painting, and cleaning tasks
- Ensuring the maintenance of a safe and functional environment
- Managing inventory and ordering necessary materials for maintenance
- Reporting any issues and improvements to management
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, and cleaning works
- Ability to manage a team and work efficiently
- Good communication skills

بصفتك مشرف صيانة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- الإشراف على جميع أعمال الصيانة في المنشأة
- إدارة فريق من الفنيين وضمان تنفيذ المهام بكفاءة
- التعامل مع الأعمال الكهربائية، السباكة، الدهان، والتنظيف
- ضمان الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة وعملية
- إدارة المخزون وطلب المواد اللازمة للصيانة
- تقديم تقارير حول المشكلات والتحسينات للإدارة
المؤهلات
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دور مشابه
- معرفة قوية في الأعمال الكهربائية، السباكة، الدهان، والتنظيف
- القدرة على إدارة فريق والعمل بكفاءة
- مهارات تواصل جيدة
