Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site role in the mixing department. The candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar field. Responsibilities will include operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and effectively using hand tools during the production process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine operation and machinery skills.
- Expertise in quality control.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and strength for operating machinery.
- A diploma or equivalent qualification.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: BHD 300 (including house rent and transport allowances).
- Duty hours: 8 hours a day, 26 days a month, plus overtime.

نبحث عن مشغل ماكينة لوظيفة بدوام كامل وموقع ثابت في قسم الخلط. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح خبرة لا تقل عن 3-4 سنوات في نفس المجال. تشمل المسؤوليات تشغيل الآلات، وضمان التحكم بالجودة، واستخدام الأدوات اليدوية بفعالية في عملية الإنتاج.
المؤهلات
- خبرة مثبتة في تشغيل الآلات ومهارات الآلات.
- خبرة في التحكم بالجودة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
- القدرة على استخدام الأدوات اليدوية بفعالية.
- الخبرة في بيئة التصنيع ميزة إضافية.
- الانتباه للتفاصيل والقدرة على اتباع التعليمات.
- القدرة البدنية والقوة لتشغيل الآلات.
- دبلوم أو ما يعادلها.
الراتب والمزايا
- الراتب: 300 دينار بحريني (يشمل بدل السكن وبدل المواصلات).
- ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يوميًا، 26 يومًا في الشهر، بالإضافة إلى ساعات العمل الإضافية.
