- بناء علاقات قوية ومستمرة مع العملاء.
- التعامل مع ملاحظات العملاء وحل المشاكل بشكل احترافي.
المتطلبات:
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
- شخصية ودودة، قادرة على التعامل بشكل جيد مع الآخرين وذات مظهر أنيق.
- القدرة على التعامل مع احتياجات العملاء وتقديم خدمة متميزة.
- الخبرة السابقة في خدمة العملاء تعد ميزة إضافية.
