Job Responsibilities
- Prepare burgers, sandwiches, wraps, shawarma, and other items for the menu.
- Develop unique and creative recipes that cater to both European and Arab tastes.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets high standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef in a café or restaurant, preferably with experience in burgers, shawarma, and sandwiches.
- Creativity in designing and creating unique menu items.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- ضمان أن تكون جودة الطعام والعرض تلتزم بالمعايير العالية.
- العمل بكفاءة في بيئة مطبخ سريعة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة المطبخ.
- التعاون مع الفريق لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
المؤهلات
- خبرة مثبتة كطاهٍ في مقهى أو مطعم، ويفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة في البرغر، والشاورما، والساندويشات.
- الإبداع في تصميم وإنشاء أطباق قائمة طعام فريدة.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات سلامة الغذاء ونظافة المطبخ.
