Senior Mechanical Supervisor – Bahrain
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical maintenance and repair operations in oil and gas facilities.
- Lead and guide a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, engines, and related equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مشرف ميكانيكي متمرس لديه خبرة قوية في قطاع النفط والغاز للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على عمليات الصيانة والإصلاح الميكانيكي في منشآت النفط والغاز.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق من الفنيين والميكانيكيين، وضمان الكفاءة والسلامة في جميع الأوقات.
- تطوير وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية للمعدات الميكانيكية الهامة.
- تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية المعقدة وحلها بسرعة وفعالية.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصناعة ومعايير السلامة وسياسات الشركة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وتقليل فترات التوقف.
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن أداء المعدات وأعمال الصيانة والإصلاحات.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في الإشراف الميكانيكي، ويفضل في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- معرفة واسعة بالأنظمة الميكانيكية، والمضخات، والضواغط، والمحركات والمعدات ذات الصلة.
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة وتحفيز الفريق.
- قدرة مثبتة على تشخيص وحل المشكلات الميكانيكية في البيئات ذات الضغط العالي.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
